High capacity main fans for hostile environments.
Wooddryer System main fans are specifically manufactured for areas
where high air volume is needed on a continuous basis. These fans offer the highest
level of efficiency at the lowest possible cost. The fan venturi has a double bell
mouth opening which can be made in either mild steel (epoxy coated) or stainless
steel for highly corrosive areas. The fan blade can be ordered to meet your exact
specifications, such as; change of blade count, blade pitch, and blade material
in order to maximize efficiency. This will provide you with the most economical
solution, both in initial investment and operating cost.

Many different combinations are available. However, a list of possible options are:
The dimensions of a fan venturi/frame for
a 42" fan blade are as noted in sketch. We
manufacture this design for fans 36" to
60".
For a direct drive fan we have found the
42" fan to be the most efficient, both in
initial investment and continued operating
cost.
If fan is located lower than 2,1m/7', you
should also install a fan guard, which can
be ordered separately.
