Construction of a Small Kiln in a Wood Construction:

Two 35 m3 (20,000 bf) kilns in a wood panel construction.

Backside of kilns in a wood panel construction.
Control cabinet is placed in the small control room right in front.

2x6 wood frame construction with glass fiber insulation, 16mm or 3/4"
plywood, and an aluminum vapor barrier is installed last.

Aluminum vapor barrier has been installed on inside of kiln
making it 100% air tight.

Kiln control room with three kiln controllers and their high voltage control
cabinets placed below the 200x200mm (8"x8") wire way. These three controllers
are link to a computer network assisting the kiln operator with the operation
of the kiln.
